Very horrible experience with seller. Received an iPhone that restarted every time I tried to make a call, so I contacted the seller. They were really helpful at first and helped me return the device to them. This took a few days. I finally sent it out and labeled it "Rush Order" and instructed. After a week or so, they told me what was wrong with it and gave me an estimate as to when I could get a replacement. After awhile...I hear nothing. At this point, I told them I just wanted a refund which they agreed to. They went silent for a pretty long time. After I got Swappa involved, they told me they needed to wait until they received the phone back from their repair guy. Why? I don't know, but a whole month passes by and I had to file a dispute with PayPal. I don't know why it took so long. Rush order meant nothing and the shift from being very responsive to no longer replying to any of my requests or questions REALLY made the experience incredibly bad. Never buying from them again.

Reached out to the vendor twice after the phone stopped working in a month's time to no avail. Also, they stated that the phone would be shipped the next day, and it took close to two week to receive.
