Everything just as described (brand new, still sealed in original Apple box), and in a nice touch both a clear case and a pair of screen protectors were included, free of charge (I'll probably replace them at some point with a case of my choosing, but it is adequately protected in the meantime now). The one possible adjustment is that I purchased a one year protection plan, intending to extend Swappa's six month warranty, but not realizing that because it had not been activated previously, Apple considers it a new phone, which is covered by their one year warranty. It is likewise eligible for Apple's own AppleCare plus warranty, which covers accidental damages as well, as does the plan I purchased. I may cancel this plan (30 days to do so, I believe) and add AppleCare Plus, or I might retain this. High quality problem, I would say. I would not hesitate to recommend Swappa to anyone!!

Phone is good price for a fair condition device, received timely and satisfied.

Although the original device was not received in as stated condition, the seller was kind enough to repair the issue and ship back fully functional device. It took little time for back & forth communications and was bit inconvenient to go through the replacement process, but overall happy with the result.
