Seller was surprised by the inclusion of an expedited option. Seller didn't ship the package in the Swappa required time. Seller didn't upload a tracking number when finally shipping it. Shipped claimed it was lost when asked for a tracking number.

I have no idea what happened here, but I wouldn't buy from this seller.

Everything about this purchase has been a struggle. After purchasing and paying for the item, I was hoping for a quick turnaround. I did not receive the item until 13 days after paying for the item. The Seller remarked about recent riots slowing down USPS, but that seems far-fetched.

After I received the phone, I changed services and tried to activate it. It did not work, then I figured it was T-Mobile, so I went to Verizon, and even then have issues with the SIM tray. Realizing it is the phone and not the service. Upon notifying the seller, he is refusing any help or return. I looked at original posting and saw that he lied about it when he mentioned he bought this phone new and it just didn't work for his hands. He bought the phone second-hand from another SWAPPA user just a few weeks back. Just a horrible experience and untrustworthy seller.
