Phone does have 100% capacity and was shipped promptly. I would also not though that the screen isn't exactly scratch free. There are two minor scratches on the bottom right screen. one roughly 1/4 inch, one maybe 1/2 inch . They are quite light in nature, and i have my phone on dark mode so it isn't as noticeable. I

I have no idea what happened here, but I wouldn't buy from this seller.

The Xbox shipped in a timely manner and was very well packed. I really appreciate you doing that! The Xbox is in excellent overall condition and works well. The controller had some tiny scuffs. Overall I'm really happy with the purchase, it will be perfect to play Game Pass games.

Everything about this purchase has been a struggle. After purchasing and paying for the item, I was hoping for a quick turnaround. I did not receive the item until 13 days after paying for the item. The Seller remarked about recent riots slowing down USPS, but that seems far-fetched.

After I received the phone, I changed services and tried to activate it. It did not work, then I figured it was T-Mobile, so I went to Verizon, and even then have issues with the SIM tray. Realizing it is the phone and not the service. Upon notifying the seller, he is refusing any help or return. I looked at original posting and saw that he lied about it when he mentioned he bought this phone new and it just didn't work for his hands. He bought the phone second-hand from another SWAPPA user just a few weeks back. Just a horrible experience and untrustworthy seller.
