This seller sold me a device "in good condition" so I trusted the good star rating and went for it. The experience was horrible! He failed to actually test the phone prior to listing the condition - and the phone would not connect to the cell network. I had to take it in to Apple Repair and AT&T to try and get it working (wanted to be sure it wasn't something I was doing wrong) and everyone was baffled, said the phone itself has issues.
The seller was NOT apologetic or helpful in any way, instead drew out the process as long as possible, meanwhile, I did not have a functioning phone and had spent a lot of headache getting it to work. He did not refund my money for a week after receiving the phone (Swappa policy is 24 hrs)!!! He also failed to refund my full shipping costs, even though the cause of return was completely his fault!
I lost money & hours of time on the sale and the whole thing was handled VERY poorly & unprofessionally

Well annoyed as hell. Touch display failed. Never even dropped the phone at all. Had to go to the Apple Store and pay fricken $150. I do not recommend this seller.

The phone itself was is mint condition, but the seller did not provide the charger or usb cable. Shipping was a bit late as well as poorly packaged. The phone was in a simple bubble wrap which was in a box 3 times the size of the phone so the phone too a beating during shipping flopping around inside the box. Would not buy from this seller again.

I may not buy with this seller again. The item was defective (when the phone is in Speaker mode then mic is not working) and seller wasn't to ready to take it back. Also, found that it was repaired before sold but not mentioned in the description
