The phone had an issue but I was issued a prompt refund.

The digitizer or whatever it is called that tracks your finger was replaced with a cheap version that failed after a while. I had it replaced with a genuine Apple one and it has been fine since.

Phone fell apart. Bad seller. Poor product.

The device took longer than I expected since it was going from FL to Ga.The USPS has a lot of work to do to improve their tracking system. The device was in really good condition not mint condition. The phone has not been setup yet so I'm not sure if it's 100% or if I'll have to return it. I'll update the comment when I set the phone up. Over all I'm satisfied with the seller and purchase so far.

But please take care to put shipping labels over the flap that the box can be opened, as my box seal was broken, and the delivery man did not notice it, on account the sealing paper was same color as box. A different phone was stolen in the mail, but they did notice the box was unsealed for that one, and I was eventually able to get a refund thru PayPal.

Received the phone in a reasonable time frame (5 days), no tracking number update so under the impression it hadn’t shipped. Realized certain letters on the keyboard wouldn't register. Suggested to ship it back and they would fix it. They fixed it day of, said they sent it priority back, but still took 5 days to receive it. They fixed the display and included a screen protector for the inconvenience. Then I went to take a picture and noticed three black blurry spots on the lens that appeared in every picture. I notified them again and the offered a full refund or they could repair it. I decided on a full refund. They did send me a pre-paid shipping label so I didn't have to pay for shipping again. I felt the phone had been rebuilt, but this was not revealed before I purchased it. Overall, I think they did everything they could to make the situation right; I just wish they would've checked the phone out better before putting it up for sale and revealed if the phone was rebuilt.

We took it to a sprint store and they said this phone is not compatable with the sprint network so we need to return it. The ad states it has a 30 day warranty

Phone was in the exact condition as described online.."mint". Shipping was quick and effortless. Shipping container was appropriate for the safekeeping of the device. The charger does not work and has a compatibility issue with the device. I did not need the charger so it is not a big deal to me. The phone, so far, seems to work perfectly. I purchased a mint Iphone 5s from seller and they did ship it out promptly. The phone however was not what I would call mint. It had a few dings around the edge of the metal band. It was in good condition. The screen and the back was in very good shape (no scratches). My daughter was very happy with the phone which connected to Verizon with no problems.
