Arrived in decent condition, while the glass was perfect with no scratches, the metal has lots of pits and dents, which is contrary to what I expected for a "Mint condition" phone.

Excellent condition. Great deal. Nice calming feedback from seller while we both experienced the challenge of the USPS losing track of my phone in transit for several days (obviously got resolved). NOTE: shipping issue was clearly the issue only of USPS, since tracking was enabled and hence I knew that phone was shipped quickly but only disappeared off the radar after a few hops).

Warranty? He stopped responding to me when I asked for one within 30 days. Also the device is NOT as described. It was said Mint, but in reality camera was faulty, back glass had moderate scratches, and sides were "scrubbed" due to use.

The iphone 5 came with a defected speaker. The seller's response has been on time and promised a quick refund.
