Poor shipping time, phone was good.
Paid for priority shipping and the phone wasn't sent out in time (according to Swappa guidelines). However, the phone is in good condition.
Had a lil issue but fixed it. Fast shipping was plus! Phone was in good condition.
Arrived as described. Seller forgot the cord and charger but sent them separately.
Seller shipped iPhone listed as lost/stolen and I was unable to activate. Seller did not respond to messages about the issue for two days until Swappa got involved and suspended his ability to sell on Swappa. Shipped phone back and received the purchase refund but did not receive refund for return shipping for item as was agreed. Seller has ignored questions regarding shipping cost refund. My attempt to purchase from Swappa ended up with me losing $31.
Other than some small dings on the back, the phone appears to be in Mint condition and passed the swappa checklist, which is good. However, the listing said "2 day shipping" in the title and the phone was shipped first class (3-5 business days). I had needed a phone before departing on a trip and even tried to double check w/ the seller that it would be sent 2-day shipping (aka priority), so it was disappointing to have the phone arrive the next week after I had already left on my trip. I'm happy to have the phone now and that it appears to work great, but I'm not a fan of false advertising (even minor ones).
Seller sent a device with a different IMEI than the one listed and not in the condition listed. Seller stated they sent the device on accident and that they would take care of the issue once they got in contact with the other buyer. Three days later and the seller would only respond when Swappa suggested I open a case with Paypal and return the device. Seller said they would refund the device cost plus return shipping. I opened the case with Paypal and sent the device back. Tracking showed seller received the device and the seller did not respond for four days. I then escalated the case in Paypal for review and Paypal awarded in my favor based on the case information. Paypal refunded my money (not return shipping cost). Seller then tried to post on Swappa that they received the device and would refund my money (after Paypal had already refunded my money). Seller has very poor communication and response time at best and is dishonest at worst.

I live in the same state but received delivery over a week later. Seller failed to communicate with me about shipping and then provided a tracking number only after Swappa staff intervened. But what I received was a tracking number from a kiosk, which means it was just for show. The phone didn't actually ship out for an additional 3 days after receiving a tracking number and 5 days after purchase.
Received phone. Its in great condition, but it randomly cuts off which is annoying
