Seller sold me a LOCKED iPhone. If you can believe it, that is not what made this a terrible transaction. The worst part of dealing with this seller is that they only responded to Swappa's support comments, not mine. Seller also will not reimburse me for the $8.30 shipping cost that I had to pay to return the locked iPhone, which they are supposedly required to do under Swappa's policy. It's too bad there is no way to enforce this. Other thoughts... seller did not post shipping info in the Swappa comments, seller would not refund the money I paid for the iPhone so I had to go through PayPal's forced refund process, and then the seller tried to refund an amount that was about $80 less than what I paid. I cannot overstate the lack of communication and unresponsiveness. I wish I could post the chat here so you could read it. Very disappointed by the way this seller handled a simple return for a locked iPhone. Steer clear. Terrible experience. Just terrible.

Seller did not initially answer any of the buyers comments including mine regarding the wrong power adapter being shown on the sales page, that’s should of been a red flag for starters but I continued to purchase the device anyways. I then send seller a private message regarding adapter but no response, finally two days after sale seller responds stating that the device was blacklisted and he didn’t notice until after I made the purchase he stated that he purchased it from a customer at his store, I thought Swappa verifies devices before sale is posted for financing and or blacklist?!? He then stated that he would issue me a refund I thought ok that’s nice of him but it wasn’t until a week later of me getting Swappa involved that my refund was issued seller stated he was having issues with PayPal?!! In the mine time I lost on a couple other purchases because of my cash been held hostage by the seller for a week!

Buyer beware. Phone was still locked. Refunded price of phone but not shipping I paid to get the phone back to the seller. Terrible experience.

Seller listed the iPad in the wrong section so it wasn't unlocked as listed but with Verizon. Caused hours of trouble shooting then when I shipped it back there was minimal communication from the seller. I was eventually refunded but it should of been listed in the correct spot in the first place.

This was my second failed Swappa buy, through no fault of my own. Seller was VERY unresponsive, dragged their feet during my transaction, and a liar. If you have an issue, expect to wait at least 24 hours for a response instead of being a professional and responding in a timely manner. Sent me the wrong the phone with less memory and not compatible with my carrier. Did not respond until a day after I notified them. After requesting a refund and shipping the phone back as requested, seller had to be forced by PayPal to refund my purchase through dispute instead of issuing the refund voluntarily. Swappa staff was not a big help either. All the help was through PayPal.

Seller shipped iPhone listed as lost/stolen and I was unable to activate. Seller did not respond to messages about the issue for two days until Swappa got involved and suspended his ability to sell on Swappa. Shipped phone back and received the purchase refund but did not receive refund for return shipping for item as was agreed. Seller has ignored questions regarding shipping cost refund. My attempt to purchase from Swappa ended up with me losing $31.

Other than some small dings on the back, the phone appears to be in Mint condition and passed the swappa checklist, which is good. However, the listing said "2 day shipping" in the title and the phone was shipped first class (3-5 business days). I had needed a phone before departing on a trip and even tried to double check w/ the seller that it would be sent 2-day shipping (aka priority), so it was disappointing to have the phone arrive the next week after I had already left on my trip. I'm happy to have the phone now and that it appears to work great, but I'm not a fan of false advertising (even minor ones).

Seller sent a device with a different IMEI than the one listed and not in the condition listed. Seller stated they sent the device on accident and that they would take care of the issue once they got in contact with the other buyer. Three days later and the seller would only respond when Swappa suggested I open a case with Paypal and return the device. Seller said they would refund the device cost plus return shipping. I opened the case with Paypal and sent the device back. Tracking showed seller received the device and the seller did not respond for four days. I then escalated the case in Paypal for review and Paypal awarded in my favor based on the case information. Paypal refunded my money (not return shipping cost). Seller then tried to post on Swappa that they received the device and would refund my money (after Paypal had already refunded my money). Seller has very poor communication and response time at best and is dishonest at worst.

I live in the same state but received delivery over a week later. Seller failed to communicate with me about shipping and then provided a tracking number only after Swappa staff intervened. But what I received was a tracking number from a kiosk, which means it was just for show. The phone didn't actually ship out for an additional 3 days after receiving a tracking number and 5 days after purchase.

I bought this phone in Aug. Had issues with battery drain and heating but i figured what the heck...its a used phone, sucked it up and bought a new battery. Boy was i wrong. This phone worked well for about a month. Now it constatly reboots itself every 15 minutes and the new battery helps nothing. I basically bought a brick. Thanks for selling lemons guys. Dont buy from this guy. He sells devices that look nice but they dont work.
