I suppose I should have checked the seller's feedback prior to making the purchase. It appears there have been other instances where other buyers were also not satisfied/in agreement with the listed condition of the other devices which the buyer has sold.

With that said, the item was packaged professionally and shipping was very fast. In the end, the seller was very responsive and was more than willing to work with me to come to a mutual agreement so that we did not have to escalate this to a lenghty PayPal dispute.

I would suggest the seller take a more conservative route when rating the condition of devices for future listings. It would save both parties a lot of time and headache.

Overall, I am satisfied with the final outcome.

Wouldn't say it's mint, since it had some grime in the earpiece that I can't completely clean out. I had to remove the screen protector because I couldn't stand the grime at the edges that I also couldn't clean out. Shipper was not very communicative at all. Took too long to get around to shipping the phone resulted in me getting it a day later than I could have gotten it. Other than these things, the phone seems to work fine and included everything that was mentioned, so that's good. I'll still give him 5 stars because of this.
