Device arrived in good cosmetic condition, but the listing title described it as “Unlocked” while the phone is actually a Spectrum-origin carrier model rather than factory unlocked. This difference isn’t obvious during normal use but can affect resale and buyer expectations.

Communication occurred and a partial refund was issued after discussion. I recommend future buyers verify whether a device is factory unlocked or carrier-origin before purchasing.

Bought an iPhone 15 Pro Max and the device arrived in even better condition than expected! Absolutely no signs of wear on the screen, back, or sides. Battery health, cycle count, storage, and carrier status were exactly as described. Communication with the seller was excellent throughout.

The only issue was a shipping delay of about 8 days due to USPS. I’d recommend that both sellers and buyers consider using an alternative shipping service, even if slightly more expensive, since USPS tracking provided very little information for several days. The package suddenly updated only after it had already crossed the country.

Other than that week-long delay, everything was perfect. Highly recommend this seller!

I suppose I should have checked the seller's feedback prior to making the purchase. It appears there have been other instances where other buyers were also not satisfied/in agreement with the listed condition of the other devices which the buyer has sold.

With that said, the item was packaged professionally and shipping was very fast. In the end, the seller was very responsive and was more than willing to work with me to come to a mutual agreement so that we did not have to escalate this to a lenghty PayPal dispute.

I would suggest the seller take a more conservative route when rating the condition of devices for future listings. It would save both parties a lot of time and headache.

Overall, I am satisfied with the final outcome.

Wouldn't say it's mint, since it had some grime in the earpiece that I can't completely clean out. I had to remove the screen protector because I couldn't stand the grime at the edges that I also couldn't clean out. Shipper was not very communicative at all. Took too long to get around to shipping the phone resulted in me getting it a day later than I could have gotten it. Other than these things, the phone seems to work fine and included everything that was mentioned, so that's good. I'll still give him 5 stars because of this.
