Great experience, very fast delivery and no problems with the phone.

Although listed as Mint condition, the seller did not clearly or specifically document the aesthetic dents and damages on the device. My Nexus 5x arrived with 3 exterior dents and a scratched surface.
Fast delivery, but also the device was missing the SIM card tool and therefore had to use a needle to open the SIM card port in order to use the device.

Device was received promptly and in very good condition. Unfortunately it turned out to be blacklisted as it was reported either lost or stolen. That said, the seller was very responsive. I shipped the device back and the seller provided a full refund per Swappa's return policy for blacklisted devices.

Sent package out same day as purchase. Package came in a day early. Very pleased with the process. Phone works great. Seller was very easy to work with.

Unknown to the seller, the device was defective upon arrival. Seller offered to return it but it was under warranty and Samsung fixed it free of charge. A bit of a hassle but the seller was willing to resolve the issue.

I bought a phone on a Friday night and received it by Monday afternoon and it was exactly as advertised and depicted in the photos.

The phone was shipped on the same day as said. But the product was not according to the description. There is a small dent/scratch on the lower left corner of the phone. The seller should have mentioned this in the listing. On the upside, the phone is working fully functional. The expiration date of warranty is accurate as referred in the listing.

My iPhone arrived within four days of placing my order. It would have arrived sooner if not for the post office being closed for MLK day. There were minor scratches near the charging port and the charger that was sent with it did not work. Other than that I am satisfied with my new phone.

The phone came in quick and its looked like the picture. However, i was a little up set with the cable because it was broke right away on second day.

Product had been blacklisted. Was informed within a day of receiving and sent a prepaid label to ship back. Was handled as best as it could given situation.
