The ad is clearly marked as a Republic Wireless phone sale. When I got the phone it had been a Virgin Mobile phone and I am unable to activate it on my Republic Wireless account. I downloaded the Republic app, but when I open it, it says this is not a Republic device. So, I will have to return it, I guess. I am waiting for the seller to open so I can call them to discuss.
I spoke with DM Brothers and they will research what we can do to make this phone work. If that is not an option, they will allow me to send it back and exchange for a phone that will work.

Device was as described on listing. Was easy to activate. Though the accompanying tempered glass protector was damaged in transit, the seller immediately mailed a replacement. Very satisfied with product and service.

Only issue was that my Swappa comment and follow-up email regarding a PayPal issue that could only be resolved by the seller was not responded to by the seller, resulting in an unfortunate situation I was put in. Bought a "brand new" T-Mobile phone from them. After checking the IMEI myself on T-Mobile, it had an outstanding balance due on it. I even asked the seller to check the IMEI prior to shipping. Seller was unapologetic and defensive. However, I received a full refund after returning it. Please be careful when buying, they purchase phones from people and resell them without knowing the phone's true current status. Even the poster at their store says "we buy used phones, any condition... bad IMEI...". Overall, a very bad buying experience on Swappa...
