By far the worst seller on this site. Seller was very slow to ship and as a result the package was undelivered. No communication at all. Avoid at all costs!!!!

I have received the iPad pro from the seller and it was a rip-off the iPad have marks all over the back of it and there is a big dent on the side the camera are scrapped up . I thought is was secured , safe and all items were checked off but that's not happening I am very disappointed .

It appears to still be carrier locked and the previous SIM (with existing SMS messages) was left in the device, but it wasn't listed as being unlocked so it should be fine. Luckily, we're using it on Metro anyway, so there should be no concerns.

This is a Christmas present, so hopefully once we swap the new SIM into it, all will be well. If not, well, I live close to Vegas. :)

Overall, device is in great shape and as described hardware wise.

Good item but with false description and next to no padding

This seller give refund without any reason. i need the item I purchased. This is really wasting time so far . I don't recommend to buy any product from this seller. Also Swappa need to take action about this seller.

The listing stated mint and all accessories in original box but headphones were missing. Also said version version and capable and we have had a really difficult time getting it set up with Verizon as of yet still haven't been able to.

Fair negotiating, quick ship, idea in perfect condition as described.

I requested to cancel the purchase before the order was shipped. The seller agreed to the cancellation but issued only a partial refund. I requested an explanation for the partial refund many times, with absolutely no response from the seller. Buyer beware.

Product arrived quickly enough and functions perfectly; just a couple things that are preventing me from a positive rating. Product was described as "beautiful" and "pristine" but had some decent dents to the case that weren't in the pictures One that I even had to sand down to prevent from snagging my pants. The power button works, but is crooked. The description mentioned a "laptop bag," which didn't arrive with the computer. Finally, the way the computer was packaged left a bunch of sticky residue from the packaging that I had to take off with goo gone and windex.

I usually do not listen to reviews much, as I feel many people just like to make others look bad and I prefer to make my own judgements; but, I encourage you to hear me out. I bought a phone from this seller and it turned out that the phone was labeled as lost or stolen. After spending almost all day at the store trying to activate it, I had to send it back for a refund. (I understand that mistakes happen sometimes, so I was not going to hold that against them.) I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but receiving a refund felt like I was trying to pull teeth. Nevertheless, I did eventually receive my payment back thanks to the Swappa Staff and Paypal. The PhoneWorldStore lacked timely communication, and I did not feel like an appreciated customer even when it was their fault for sending a lost/stolen phone. I have had better luck on Swappa with personal, individual sellers, and I would encourage you to try elsewhere before shopping here. With that said, may God bless them!
