With my initial checks, i found the phone in the excellent condition as was described. No scratches. Phone was delivered well secured in 2-3 days. Thanks Alando for such a turnaround even in serious conditions.

Seller failed to list the device as rooted, which means it couldn't be activated with Ting (despite being listed as compatible and in mint condition). Returned device as soon as Ting confirmed it wouldn't be operable with their service, and was not fully refunded. Flagged up, Swappa froze his open sales, but didn't prevent him from creating new sales; meaning I still haven't received a full refund AND Swappa doesn't care. Bought a device on Amazon and will not be using Swappa ever again.

Had some problems syncing. After trying repeatedly I was able to transfer some music. About a month later it randomly shut off and could never get it to work. I hadnt done anything that could have caused this. I tried all of the standard trouble shooting stuff that I could, but no dice. I feel I made a mistake not returning this when I could.

Bad experience purchasing from this seller. Seller provided an incorrect tracking number and subsequently did not respond to many attempts made by myself and Swappa staff to contact him through various communication channels over a multiple day period. I was advised by Swappa and USPS to contact PayPal and cancel the transaction as fraudulent. Another two days after spending hours on the phone with PayPal and USPS searching for the package and then flagging the transaction the seller responded with the correct tracking number, which showed that the package had been shipped extremely late and outside of Swappa's guidelines for sellers. I would never deal with the seller again. On top of everything the seller's description of "mint condition" is a stretch. The home button clicks in a very strange way and it looks like maybe the phone screen was replaced poorly. I simply don't want to deal with this seller anymore, otherwise i would attempt to return the phone. Buyer beware.
