Worst seller I’ve EVER encountered on ANY platform. If this was my first experience on swappa I would never return. It was a displeasure and total nightmare from start to finish.

Seller included a phone charger that smelled of cigarette smoke and looked like it was covered in literal fecal matter and the phone was unusable.

When I requested a return/refund, he was rude, mean, and awful during entire process. He claims he’s 66 years old and just doesn’t understand how these things work (66 isn’t old, and yes he does understand do NOT be fooled, he deserves no pity!).

He even argued with the swappa reps until they forced his account to be locked while we battled for a full refund! He still tried to keep part of the refund so it had to go to a PayPal dispute and they ruled in my favor very quickly. I hope swappa never lets him sell on here again but if they do, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!

THEY LISTED THE PHONE AS “MINT CONDITION” WHEN THE PHONE ARRIVED THE PHONE WAS IN A USED AND DAMAGED STATE. SELLER AGREED TO REFUND ALL MONIES ONCE THE DEVICE WAS RETURNED AND FAILED TO FOLLW THROUGH ON THEIR WORD. THEY STOPPED RESPONDING AFTER THE DEVICE WAS RETURNED AND I HAD TO FILE A REFUND CLAIM THROUGH PAYPAL.

We did not have the best experience with this seller and did not feel the product was in the condition it was listed as, based on a significant deterioration in the speakers on the phone and one speaker not working at all. There was also a minor scratch on the glass, but that could have happened in shipping since the phone glass wasn't covered, so that was easy to overlook.

We lost confidence in the process after engaging with the seller so we chose to keep the device and get the item repaired ourselves. Other than the speakers, the device seems great and we are hopeful it will be in Mint condition once the speakers are fixed.

Everything as expected! I also want to mention, excellent customer service. There was a little hiccup at the post office, I sent a message to inform them and immediately got a response. It was taken care of the next business day. Thank you!
