Seller shipped quickly and phone was packaged very securely.

Phone was delivered on time, appears to be in almost perfect condition, and seller was reliably on time and with no problems to report. I would happily use this seller and Swappa again.

BUYER BEWARE!

Worst seller I’ve EVER encountered on ANY platform. If this was my first experience on swappa I would never return. It was a displeasure and total nightmare from start to finish.

Seller included a phone charger that smelled of cigarette smoke and looked like it was covered in literal fecal matter and the phone was unusable.

When I requested a return/refund, he was rude, mean, and awful during entire process. He claims he’s 66 years old and just doesn’t understand how these things work (66 isn’t old, and yes he does understand do NOT be fooled, he deserves no pity!).

He even argued with the swappa reps until they forced his account to be locked while we battled for a full refund! He still tried to keep part of the refund so it had to go to a PayPal dispute and they ruled in my favor very quickly. I hope swappa never lets him sell on here again but if they do, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!
