I sent back my phone after some battery health issues and the seller was very responsive and helpful! So although I didn’t end up keeping the phone I can’t rate this a bad customer experience.

Speaker and microphone both do not work correctly. Sound is barely audible on phone calls even at the highest volume. The sound is distorted and makes the phone vibrate when playing video. The microphone also does not record audio correctly. The audio cuts out as soon as any sound is made while recording. None of these defects were mentioned on the listing, and was stated to be "100% functional".

I wish that it was advertised that this iPhone does not have a genuine screen on it. Also, the crummy charging cord that came with it got so hot during charging that the connector could not be held and it formed a bubble in the plastic. Not extremely happy with this transaction, but my daughter is wanting to keep it.

Everything looks good, the only problem is the Screen, the Screen is not as colorful compare to my friend's xs(same settings), not sure if this is the ODM Screen

Phone works fine, but is a replacement unit. The replacement unit status was not disclosed on the ad, and would have been nice to know before making the purchase.

Phone is as stated. No case with phone like the listing stated. Would have given a positive but not happy with not getting the case with the phone like the listing stated.

The phone was delivered within the time frame and it works. However, the seller did not disclose damage to the phone honestly. The seller should have been completely honest about the damage by uploading appropriate photos so that I, the buyer, could have made an informed decision to buy with the damage.

Phone works, but it is not compatible for most companies to use, I had to get a new phone number with a company that will cost me a ton of money every month
