Item Came in excellent condition but the seller listed the battery at 99% but gave me one with 84% battery health on a Xs Max

Phone started having issues in December, six months after purchase. The screen started flashing and the phone will not operate above 80% battery. If you fully charge it you have to let it drain down to 80% to use it. Took it to the Apple store and they found rust in the phone and now the phone will not work. When we first got the phone we received a warning on the screen to unplug the phone due to a liquid detection alert in the lighting connection. We ignored it thinking it was just a glitch but now we know we were sold a phone with water damage and now we are screwed! $567 down the drain.

Fairly quick delivery 6 days free shipping ..bought it for a Christmas present.. I won't know how well it operates until after Christmas... but so far looks very good ..no scratches or blemishes.. turns on fine ..will box it and wrap it and put it under the tree ...I'll know more later...

Now I know more...I absolutely requsted a verizon phone. However, I recieved a Cricket (owned by AT&T) phone, and its not working on a Verizon sim card...we just figured that out, it took us 2 weeks of fighting with the phone trying to fix it...
I NEED A REPLACEMENT !!!!!!.....THIS IS THE WRONG PHONE....LETS SEE HOW THEY RESPOND....BEWARE FOLKS!!!...
right now I feel I was robbed of $300.

The bottom of the screen has a noticeable crack and leak when the backlit is turned on. Doesn't satisfied the description from the seller. FUTURE BUYERS BE AWARE!!!!!

Very disappointed with this sale. I finally was able to switch to this phone in mid October. The first December, my phone completely stopped working. Couldn’t do anything to it - wouldn’t turn on, trying to charge it wouldn’t do anything. Very disappointed.

At first item looked as it was described, however the battery was fully drained overnight when phone was not in use and was in sleep/standby mode.

It looks like I am going to have to return the phone because it will not keep a charge and is not charging. I have only been able to get a charge up to 24%.

people had trouble understanding my voice on calls; voicemail was garbled. Sent back to seller who fixed problem but phone starting acting up again after 3 days so sent back and requested return on purchase price

Received the iphone I purchased and could not get it to work. It wouldn't go past the setup mode. Kept restarting. These phones should be tested before selling and shipping to customers. At least I was able to get a refund.

The iPhone is opened and it doesn’t have waterproof seal which is not mentioned in the description. Water touched my phone and now the Face ID is not working. Never trust this seller.

It’s less than 2 months and the phone screen died. It was flickering and doing all sorts of button pushes without me touching it for a couple weeks and now won’t show anything. Very disappointing.

Very bad experience. Phone was advertised as unlocked and in pristine condition. The phone was locked to a carrier. Not only that but the screen was an inferior LCD replacement, not the original OLED. This was not mentioned in the ad. Seller did not rspond initially for a day and a half. Sent me a return label promising to let me know as soon as he received the phone back. I contacted him 2 days after he received it. Then he tells me there is a problem with his PayPal account. How convenient. 3 days latter I finally received my refund. I will not be doing business with them again as I do not think they can be trusted and are slow to respond.

The phone looks pristine, but the battery loses power and takes hours to recharge.

I purchased an iPhone 8 from seller....he said it was unlocked. I was excited to get the phone, it was in perfect condition! But, it ended up costing me 3.5 hours of time, 60 miles of driving, and visiting 2 carriers and 1 Apple store to realize that the phone is locked and useless. What a waste of time! I asked seller to give me a good discount on another phone for all of my troubles.....no response from seller. The good news is that seller was very polite, provided a free return shipping label, and gave a prompt full refund. However, I will not be purchasing anything else from seller. And this is my first and last time using Swappa.

Face ID dosent work as well as sometimes you can’t press on the screen. I would like a refund.

The iPhone I bought it was lock with a passcode is useless I want a refund

Battery health was lower than what was in the description (87%) & some chipping was spotted although the post said mint condition ... But I guess the free things were to compensate for the misinformation ... honesty is the best policy especially when buying a phone so wouldn’t buy from them again.

Not good

I received the phone very quickly, but it has given me nothing but problems since receiving it. Have had to go through two complete hard restarts just to get it functional, then had to do it again a week after using it. I'll be asking for a refund.

Device has a line of 12 pixels malfunctioning. Not mentioned in description. Happy with the phone overall and quick shipping but u should check your devices more thoroughly next time and provide and accurate description to the product you are providing.
