Seller sent a defective device then I had to mail it back and pay additional postage then wait for replacement which they did offer a free upgraded device which I never received cause Seller REUSED same shipping label and couldn't give me a proper tracking number which caused a windfall of mishaps and yes they got my money but I didn't get my product do to incompetent sellers who send out items that are broken or mis labeled. Never in my life have I dealt with such lousy customer service and how the customer is supposed to fix everything. Never again ill stick with ebay or Amazon or the guy on the corner selling phones outta a van cause at least he has more professionalism then what I encounter at swappa.. bogus

There were some scuffs on the body and a very slightly scratch on the cover screen and a slight damage at the very top of the screen but doesnt affect viewing at all otherwise is fully functional the condition couldve been explained a bit better but im still very happy with the phone thank you again

Shipped and arrived fast and the phone arrived in the condition mostly specified (aside from small dings in the hinge that were not mentioned nor present in the listing photos). Great doing business with.

The phone arrived in perfect condition, no problems with shipping. The phone works perfectly fine. I wish the pictures from the seller gave a more detailed view of the wear and tear, like scratches on the outside screen or the 3 broken feet on each corner of the inside screen that keep the phone from smashing into itself or lopsided hinge on the left side the screen. Other than that, this is wonderful. Thank you.

I was worried with how the tablet was packaged as it seems all mail carrier services can be a little rough or worse with delivering items, but the tablet was in the same condition as described.
