The device I received did not match the condition stated in the listing as the phone has slight screen burn in and none was mentioned. Unfortunately, I cannot afford to be without a phone any longer so I must keep it. That is why I can't give this seller a full 5 stars. However, despite that the seller gave fast shipping and delivery and a fast response when I questioned the condition of the phone. He offered a full refund, however as stated I've decided to keep it because I cant go without a phone for my employment

Marked as Good with no screen burn in, but device showed up with scratches and burn in. Seller did respond to this quickly and that is the only reason not a 1 star. Phones microphone isn't working as well.

Late review but wanted to give attention to FarewellCell. Initially bought a phone to use as a backup. Had issues with the charging and was gladly offered a refund. I did try to seek compensation for a battery replacement and I respect the seller for just trying to offer a refund instead. I was able to get a battery for cheap and haven't had any issues with the phone granted it's a much older model. Highly recommend and very communicative.

The phone was packed and shipped carefully and arrived without any damage. It is in VERY GOOD condition, and Verizon activated it without any problems. Feels like I have a new phone - holds a charge well. I just need to work on tutorials to get more comfortable with the features.
