Fast shipping. Tablet seems to be in good condition, except for a heavily used S Pen (the tip and button are quite worn). The back cover, which I thought attached the way Samsung intended, was attached with unbelievably strong foam adhesive. A heat gun, prying tool, isopropyl alcohol, and an hour later the cover was damaged but removed. I will reiterate that the tablet itself seems to be in good condition and General Test Mode (*#0*#) seems to return good results.

Phone was perfect and the seller replied super quick. Went to t-mobile to get a new sim card and they told me the phone wasn't paid off. Seller replied immediately to my comment with a photo that it was so I went to a different t-mobile and they got my sim card changed asap. Very happy with this phone

Very disappointing transaction overall...seller's communication and service came across as very lacking.
The first phone they sent turned out to have a major screen defect (which, to be fair, was only apparent on darker-gray backgrounds). They agreed to send out a replacement once they received the faulty device.
I asked to make sure that if they sent a replacement, it would be in good physical condition (specifically no major scratches on the screen), and they assured me that would be the case. When the replacement finally came nearly 2 weeks after shipping my return, it was VERY scratched up (with even the camera glass scuffed), and all they could tell me was (paraphrasing) "Well, you should have bought a Mint device then."
If they had just told me they couldn't offer me a replacement in Good condition, then that would have saved me a lot of time, grief, and extra shipping cost, and I would have just asked for a refund the first time.
