Product arrived in advertised condition and at a reasonable price. Seller was slow to ship for express shipping at just over 24hrs from purchase but technically within the required same or next business day. Probably wouldn't purchase from again though.

Seller was very responsive when I discovered that the phone had sensor problem. Sent me a FedEx label and gave me a full refund with apologies. No hassles. the phone was delivered in two days, which was great. however, the iphone 7 had a modem issue that was well-known in the 1660 model of iphone 7, which was annoying to get repaired, only because i couldn't use the phone I bought for another week at least. i wish they had checked the phone didn't have the issue and dealt with it before hand, but oh well.

edit: the seller has stated that they will start testing their phones with sim cards to detect these issues before hand. i really like that they take buyer comments into consideration!
