I got phone through my current carrier and when I got it I thought the frame was defective, I sent the pictures they agreed. It was so new even the tech thought the lines on the frames were cracks, but its just the design. They said just recycle it or play with it. The imei numbers have not been blacklisted.I never signed into it you know I just powered it up you know check it out I just thought I'd use it for a camera and stuff but I never you know use it I carry one phone. Beautiful phone! Box & ail original contents all included. You do not have to use the carrier about it through You can use whatever carry you want
