I am an international buyer from Jamaica. Therefore I use a third party shipping company to get my items whenever I shop online.

How it works is that my shipping address is based in Florida - this address that I provide you, is the one you will ship to. When the item gets there, then my shipping company ships it to me in Jamaica where I live. This method is very common internationally.

After it reaches my mailbox in Florida, you as the seller will not be required to do anything else as my shipping company is now responsible for the item. So, all you would have to do is ship it to the US address I provide at checkout

If a reshipper is used, the seller's liability is only till it is successfully delivered to the reshipper. Seller will only ship to the address provided to them by PayPal.
