All consoles require full functionality, included power cord, and should be factory reset and wiped.

Damage Description
There is literally no damage and no signs of wear and tear but apparently I can't take a photo that is good enough to prove that so I'm listing it as "Good". There is dust on the screen in the photos, even after wiping it down. Dust is included in the sale at no additional charge.
