If a device is returned due to not as described, or defective, no restocking fee shall apply, and Trusty Tronics will cover return shipping costs.

Hi Bill - to confirm, you need the iPad to have a USB-C port?
The only iPad models that have USB-C ports (as opposed to lightening ports such as this one) are the newer iPad models which are in a different price range:
iPad Pro 11-inch (1st generation or later)
iPad Pro 12.9-inch (3rd generation or later)
iPad Air (4th generation or later)
iPad mini (6th generation)

If you can live with the lightening port, then the iPad 5 model such as the one you are looking at here would fit your other needs; but I would go for the "Wi-Fi" model as opposed to the "Unlocked" model if you don't plan on purchasing a cell plan / SIM card to use with the device. USBC is preferred, but not if it adds too much to cost. Actually, mini size is greatly preferred if it checks the other boxes.
