All orders are handed off to the carrier within two full business days (typically sooner).

All orders ship free via UPS/USPS ground (2-6 business days for delivery). Please see listing for expedited shipping options.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier, and are not guaranteed by Trusty Tronics. There are no refunds on expedited shipping charges under any circumstances.

If interested in shipping insurance beyond the $100 included with your order, please comment on the sale page, and a quote will be provided. High value order will automatically require a signature

For shipping to freight/package forwarders, there is no need to contact us first, but please use PayPal to checkout.

All devices come with a 30 day functional/defect warranty. This does not apply to battery degredation, nor any damage caused to the device after purchase.

All other returns (cosmetic discrepency, changed mind, ordered wrong device, buyer's remorse etc.) are subject to a non-negotiable 15% restocking fee to be deducted from return. This restocking fee covers nonrefundable payment processing fees, return shipping, listing fees, and other associated costs.

Please carefully read the individual "damage description" provided in each listing (if applicable), and our company condition guide outlined in the listing above.

Please DO NOT purchase carrier locked devices with the intention of unlocking. Returns for this reason will be subject to the standard restocking fee.

Please be sure to factory reset/erase/remove accounts before returning devices. Once a return request is approved, it is the responsibility of the buyer to safely package, label, and return device WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS. Please be sure to obtain proof of mailing / receipt for all returned orders, and upload this to the sale page once device is dropped off at USPS.

Order cancellations (i.e. address change, ordered wrong device, changed mind etc. prior to shipping) are subject to the greater of 5% of order total, or $10 minimum cancellation fee which covers nonrefundable payment processing and other associated listing fees.

Orders returned to sender for any reason will be automatically refunded, minus the standard 15% restocking fee. Reshipping to the correct address will be at the discretion of the seller, and on a case by case basis. If agreed, a $20 reshipment fee will apply.
