All orders ship same if order is placed before 1PM ET), or next business day (excluding Saturdays).

All orders ship FREE & FAST via USPS/UPS (est. 2-4 day delivery)

All orders ship with tracking, and high value orders with SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION (to prevent lost / stolen / missing packages)

Overnight delivery available for an additional $50 charge (excluding HI/AK; please contact us for expedited delivery quote in these states).

For shipping to freight/package forwarders, please contact us on the listing page first. All order shipping to a freight/package forwarder must be paid for via PayPal. Trusty Tronics is only responsible for delivery to the confirmed address provided by PayPal and delivery to the freight/package forwarder, and not to the final destination.

Devices may be returned in the same condition they were received, within 30 days of delivery to customer / pickup / package forwarding location

If a device is returned due to not as described, or defective, no restocking fee shall apply, and Trusty Tronics will cover return shipping costs.

For cosmetic concerns, these MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY and photos must be provided. Please note that we keep strict records, including images of each unique device immediately prior to the device being sent out.

A 20% restocking fee applies to all devices that are returned for reasons other than not as described, or defective, and buyer will cover return shipping costs

It is the responsibility of the buyer to adequately and safely package, label, and mail all returns (seller not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit)

Due to recent changes implemented by Paypal/Stripe for sellers in which they are not refunded processing fees for the original transaction when refunding a buyer, a 6% cancellation fee will be charged for order cancellations OR address corrections for which payments need to be re-processed due to buyer error (i.e. wrong address, changed mind before shipping etc.).
