If a device is returned due to not as described, or defective, no restocking fee shall apply, and Trusty Tronics will cover return shipping costs.
For cosmetic concerns, these MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY and photos must be provided. Please note that we keep strict records, including images of each unique device immediately prior to the device being sent out.

Hi Shiva, thanks for your interest! The device is currently on iOS 16.5, and with no pre-installed applications removed, there is 22.9 GB free. There are a number of pre-installed "junk" apps that come with the new iOS that can be deleted to free up another ~2-3GB of storage. Please let us know if you have any additional questions! Thanks.
