Some Samsung Galaxy S5 Verizon phones (900v) have a Samsung eMMC chip (type 15), and some have a Toshiba (type 11) chip. This App can tell which is which:

I'm looking for phones with a Samsung (type 15) chip. The bootloader can be unlocked on these, and it can't on the Toshiba (type 11) ones.
