In almost mint condition, but has a small ding on one corner (see photos) hardly noticeable. I have a Apple iPhone 6 Plus box for it but its not the box for this phone (different IMIE on the box).

I'm pretty sure the manufacture warranty is up as I bought it last year at this time. The device has no malfunctions and Apples store would fix it if it did. It doesn't have any additional AppleCare.
