Upgrading the Samsung Galaxy S6 to a newer generation Galaxy S7 means you'll see several improvements in performance and design. For instance, the Galaxy S7 features IP68 water resistance, larger 3,000mAh battery, 4GB of RAM, always-on display, and micro SD card support. The camera, while a slightly lower resolution 12MP sensor, also saw a slight improvement with dual pixel autofocus, and larger f/1.7 aperture lens.
