My item sold how do I creat a label since the buyer paid for shipping already

First off, thank you for selling on Swappa!

Shipping on Swappa is easy! If you are planning on shipping via USPS, you can print a shipping label directly from your PayPal account. When you login and accept the money, PayPal will give you the option to create a shipping label.

If you'd rather use FedEx or UPS, you can print a label using their online label creation tools, or you can purchase postage in person when you drop off the package. FedEx Shipping Labels, UPS Shipping Labels

Alternatively, third-party shipping label services such as Pirate Ship work with USPS, UPS, and FedEx, and they often provide cheaper shipping rates compared to buying postage directly.

No matter which carrier you use, please make sure to:

Only ship to the buyer's PayPal address
Ship within two business days from when the item sells
Pack the item carefully
Insure the package for the full value of the item

You can create a shipping label manually through your carrier's online services. It's not the fastest method, but it's fine if you're shipping a low volume of packages. Simply visit the carrier's website, fill out the shipping label template, download the file and print it out.

If the buyer has already paid for shipping, then you can create a shipping label by following these steps:

Log in to the platform or website where you sold the item. Locate the order for the item that you sold. Look for the option to create a shipping label or to mark the item as shipped. Follow the prompts to enter the necessary shipping information, such as the shipping address and the weight of the package. Once you have entered all the required information, you should be able to print the shipping label. Attach the label to your package and drop it off at your designated shipping location.
