If the photos for your listing happen to appear upside down or are otherwise incorrectly rotated when uploaded, it's generally because of the Exif data encoded in the picture files. Our system automatically attempts to correct the orientation of the photo based on this data, so this issue generally happens when the camera is upside down when taking photos. Or when the camera thinks it was upside down.

This usually isn't a big deal, but if you would like to fix it, simply open the photos and correct the orientation in a photo editor of your choice. This can usually be done right in the photo editor built into the smartphone used to take the photos. You can then reupload the corrected photos and hide the old photos on your listing photos page.
