Here on Swappa, we allow our sellers to select an option to offer expedited shipping on their listings. When a buyer purchases a listing and selects the option for expedited shipping during checkout, here are the policies that the seller is required to follow to keep the sale moving in the right direction:
- Seller agrees to ship the package the same or next business day (including Saturday; exceptions apply with national holidays)
- If an item sells on Friday, it must be shipped out on Saturday
- If an item sells on Saturday or Sunday, it must shipped out on Monday
- Sellers must ship the item via USPS, UPS, or FedEx using the outlined methods:
- USPS - Priority Mail Express
- UPS - Next Day Air Saver
- FedEx - Standard Overnight
The item should also be shipped in accordance with all other Swappa and PayPal policies. Please note that not abiding by these policies when a buyer selects the expedited shipping option could result in a failed sale. Applicable taxes will be collected on express shipping payments as required.
