Will you send me a shipping label for a trade-in device?
Yes. Every Swappa Trade-In offer includes a free prepaid shipping label, and there is never a shipping cost to you.
The label arrives by email shortly after you accept an offer. Most partners send it within one business day. Some send it instantly. Check your spam folder if you do not see it within 24 hours.
You print the label at home and tape it to a sturdy box. No printer? Most partners can mail you a label, and some USPS locations can scan a QR code label for you. Reach out to the partner directly if you need a printed label by mail.
Once the label is on the box, hand it to any location for the carrier listed on it. USPS, UPS, and FedEx are all common. Hold on to the tracking number until payment clears. If the device is lost in transit, the carrier's insurance and the partner's policy cover you, but you need that tracking number to file a claim.
