The warranty runs for 12 months from the day it is delivered. It covers the first buyer only. And it is limited to a repair, a replacement, or a refund. If you sell the device, the warranty does not go with it.

Here are the limits in full:

• The warranty is non-transferable. It covers the first buyer, and it does not pass to a new owner.
• A repair or a new device is covered only for the rest of the first warranty term. It does not start a new term.
• There is no coverage for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages. In plain terms, you cannot claim for lost time, lost data, or other knock-on costs.
