SIM cards are generally tied to a specific user's account and are not transferable to other users. Thus, SIM cards should never be assumed to be included with a listing, and we do not recommend that sellers include them in their listings.

The primary exception to this relates to device's in new condition that are still sealed in the box. These devices may come with a SIM card that can be activated by a new user, but even this is not guaranteed. Buyers are responsible for supplying their own SIM cards from their carrier when they receive a device purchased on Swappa, but you're welcome to check with a seller to see if the SIM card included with their new device can be used when received.
