• The first option is shown right after making a purchase, but before proceeding to the sale page
• Otherwise, the sale page will display a promotion box where this can be selected after purchase

SIM card options will only be shown when purchasing a device that displays a small badge for the carrier on the listing page, so please be on the lookout for this before making a purchase if you wish to order a SIM card at the same time.
