You can reset your AirPods or AirPods Pro using your iPhone or iPad.

1. Place your AirPods in the charging case, close the lid, and leave the lid closed for 30 seconds.
2. Open the lid on your AirPods charging case, and then navigate to Settings -> Bluetooth on your iPhone or iPad and tap “Forget This Device” to unpair the AirPods.
3. Keep the lid open on your AirPods charging case, then press and hold the setup button on the back of the charging case. Hold the button for approximately 15 seconds (until the light on the front flashes amber, then flashes white.
4. Place your AirPods charging case near your iPhone or iPad with the lid open and follow the prompts to repair your AirPods or AirPods Pro.
