The device condition was significantly different than listed. Seller agreed to refund however never did after I returned the phone. Has to go through PayPal to file a dispute. Paypal issued a full refund over 5 weeks after I returned the device to this seller.

We ship 1-3 days after purchase. Delivery is made by USPS or UPS. Signature upon delivery is required.
Return & Refund Policies
14 day return policy. Please provide proof of IMEI. No returns accepted after 14 days of purchase. The item must be in the same condition and in original packaging. 15% restocking fee on returning non-defective items that has left our building for shipping. If you cancel before the item has left our premises a 3% fee on order cancellation before the item has shipped.
