Phone as described

I'm still not sure if this seller is incredibly disorganized, confused and lazy or if the seller is simply a crook trying to scam people. Maybe a little bit of both.

I received a defective phone and I had to insist multiple times; ask for the help of 7 staffers from Swappa (thank you guys) and start a Paypal dispute for them to finally accept a return, when this should have been an absolute no-brainer. Then it took the seller a month and a half to refund me the shipping cost for returning the phone.

I'm familiar with Swappa and bought multiple items here over the years. My advice is save yourself the time and hassle and look for a serious reseller with a better rating.

phone screen has diagonal scratch and small chip; I am too late for 3-day damage report policy, but am dissatisfied

Hey! I am a little concerned about the condition of my phone. I specifically ordered a mint phone. When it arrived max there was a long scratch across the entire front of the screen. Personally, I feel that this is unacceptable on a mint condition phone and would like either some sort of refund/ compensation or a new mint condition phone.
