Device condition not as described, communication with the seller could be improved, had to involve PayPal to assist with a resolution/adjustment after several days of unnecessary back & forth led nowhere, I just wanted to resolve this matter, complete the sale, and move on.Item condition not as described, requested an adjustment to accommodate this discrepancy. Communication with the seller was inconsistent and they never issued a refund. Customer service. This matter shouldn’t take several days to resolve and should have been resolved at first contact. The delay seemed purposeful and unnecessary. I just wanted the price difference for the inconvenience, delay, device condition, and overall poor experience.
The main microphone was damaged. Terrible seller.
It is the worst experience I have ever had, it invites everyone not to buy from this Seller and I am even still waiting for Swappa to intervene and take a real position for the benefit of a customer who made a purchase in good faith.

Phone as described
I'm still not sure if this seller is incredibly disorganized, confused and lazy or if the seller is simply a crook trying to scam people. Maybe a little bit of both.
I received a defective phone and I had to insist multiple times; ask for the help of 7 staffers from Swappa (thank you guys) and start a Paypal dispute for them to finally accept a return, when this should have been an absolute no-brainer. Then it took the seller a month and a half to refund me the shipping cost for returning the phone.
I'm familiar with Swappa and bought multiple items here over the years. My advice is save yourself the time and hassle and look for a serious reseller with a better rating.

Shipping Policies
We ship order same day as long as order is placed before 9AM PST, otherwise it will ship next day. If order is placed Friday after 9AM PST, order will not ship until Monday.
Return & Refund Policies
Any damage to the device must be reported within 3 days of receiving the item. Warranty covers functional defects only, and does not cover accidental damage, cracks, or normal wear and tear such as burn-in and scratches. *PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept returned devices that have been repaired, altered, or damaged in any way once the item has been delivered. Unauthorized returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee or will be returned to the buyer at our sole discretion. If you would like to return your device, please send us a message so we may provide return details and answer any of your questions or concerns.
Prior to returning your device, all Apple, Google, and Samsung accounts must be removed from the device. If a device is received with an account, we are unable to process a refund. Devices must be returned in the original condition as purchased. We track all IMEI and Serial Numbers per each order, and any devices returned with mismatched serial may cause a denial in your return.
We recommend packing the device very securely with bubble wrap and a sturdy box, as a returned damage device will result in denial of your return.
