Phone is mostly great. Disappointed in the battery life -- doesn't last through the day with average use.

Secured inscription phone was NOT in mint condition as stated! Screen burnout on the Screen that was never disclosed. One and only time I've had a bad experience on Swappa.

I purchased a Mint condition phone. There were nicks and scratches around the phone and clear evidence of glue all the way around the back edge, indicating that the back has been glued on. This phone is clearly not in Mint condition.

Their shipping policy states, "We ship order same day as long as order is placed before 9AM PST, otherwise it will ship next day." They received my payment on a Thursday morning at 6:13 AM EST. The phone shipped out 4 days later.

I requested to return the device for a refund. Took them 3 days to give me the prepaid return label. They said it would take 2-5 business days after they receive the device to issue the refund. After they received the returned device it took them 10 days before they issued the refund, I then had to wait a few days more for the money to show up on my account.

I would not recommend purchasing from this seller.

All good except shipping from LA to San Diego took more than a week.
