Phone screen has defect where it is constantly flashing.
My recent experience with Wireless Source left me with mixed feelings. On one hand, they provided accurate information about the item I purchased, which was very helpful. However, their customer service left much to be desired.
The response time was extremely slow, only responding once per day. This resulted in it taking almost a week to obtain information regarding my inquiries. When I finally did receive a response, it was clear that the customer service team was not very interested or helpful in providing a satisfied customer experience. This lack of prompt and effective communication was quite frustrating and detracted from the overall experience.
While I appreciate the accuracy of the item information, the poor customer service and slow response times are significant drawbacks. I hope Wireless Source can improve in these areas to provide a more balanced and satisfactory customer experience in the future.

Really top notch seller. Conservative grading: was marked Fair, but i can barely see faint scratches when the screen is off, and not at all in use. When i put a tempered glass screen protector i won't even be able to see that. Not seeing any other signs of use. Would buy from again any time

Shipping was fast, but I did contact this seller 2 mins after I purchased this phone and asked politely to cancel and offered to pay the fees, but the response was slow and still sent out the phone to me ultimately. I had to keep it. So I would say communication was poor and seller wasn't helpful.
Did not receive the model that I ordered. Listing was for a US model, but received the Canadian model. Have not had any problems with it so far. Phone was in mint condition, just not the right model (was supposed to get the SM-G975U1 and instead received the SM-G975W). This is the reason for the neutral rating.

Shipping Policies
We ship order same day as long as order is placed before 9AM PST, otherwise it will ship next day. If order is placed Friday after 9AM PST, order will not ship until Monday.
Return & Refund Policies
Any damage to the device must be reported within 3 days of receiving the item. Warranty covers functional defects only, and does not cover accidental damage, cracks, or normal wear and tear such as burn-in and scratches. *PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept returned devices that have been repaired, altered, or damaged in any way once the item has been delivered. Unauthorized returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee or will be returned to the buyer at our sole discretion. If you would like to return your device, please send us a message so we may provide return details and answer any of your questions or concerns.
Prior to returning your device, all Apple, Google, and Samsung accounts must be removed from the device. If a device is received with an account, we are unable to process a refund. Devices must be returned in the original condition as purchased. We track all IMEI and Serial Numbers per each order, and any devices returned with mismatched serial may cause a denial in your return.
We recommend packing the device very securely with bubble wrap and a sturdy box, as a returned damage device will result in denial of your return.
