The phone is not Verizon locked as advertised. Seller responded but does not believe me and will not accept responsibility for selling a non-Verizon phone. There is nothing I can do since I'm not interested in switching carriers and wouldn't know which carrier to switch to anyway. I wasted $200 on this and will not be doing business with Swappa in the future. I was a happy customer with multiple purchases up to this point.
The device wasn't fully reseted but I was able to do it and set it up.

Definitely not in mint condition as advertised. Display has really bad burn in and the fingerprint sensor and extremely worn. Thankfully this is only a backup device for me but I wouldn't buy from this seller again.

Was not in Mint condition. Voice mic nonfunctioning. Had to take to repair shop for repairs.
Phone was to be in "mint" condition. The battery drains significantly fast. It was also supposed to be an unlocked phone, but it is a Verizon phone and has permanent Verizon software loaded onto it. Shipping took longer than expected. Phone was ordered on Friday, was not shipped until following Thursday (although they claimed on Sunday it was "en route") it sat with a printed label for 3 days.
The phone was described as being in “mint condition”. The phone arrived in good condition but was no where near being in mint condition. There was at least one scratch on the glass and a scratch on the back.

Shipping Policies
We ship order same day as long as order is placed before 9AM PST, otherwise it will ship next day. If order is placed Friday after 9AM PST, order will not ship until Monday.
Return & Refund Policies
Any damage to the device must be reported within 3 days of receiving the item. Warranty covers functional defects only, and does not cover accidental damage, cracks, or normal wear and tear such as burn-in and scratches. *PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept returned devices that have been repaired, altered, or damaged in any way once the item has been delivered. Unauthorized returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee or will be returned to the buyer at our sole discretion. If you would like to return your device, please send us a message so we may provide return details and answer any of your questions or concerns.
Prior to returning your device, all Apple, Google, and Samsung accounts must be removed from the device. If a device is received with an account, we are unable to process a refund. Devices must be returned in the original condition as purchased. We track all IMEI and Serial Numbers per each order, and any devices returned with mismatched serial may cause a denial in your return.
We recommend packing the device very securely with bubble wrap and a sturdy box, as a returned damage device will result in denial of your return.
