They flagged my APO address as "incomplete" without asking me to confirm it first.

This item is not mint condition

I ordered mint iPhone SE but the screen had scratches. They did give me $15 refund. The reply from them were really slow as well.

The transaction was clean and timley. However, the batter if left on drain in a day and drops from 100% to 87% within 5 minutes of usage. Not happy at all with this purchase.

The phone was not unlocked (it was advertised as unlocked).
The seller was not prompt with communication.
In the end I had to return the phone to the seller. My refund was prompt.
This all took time.
I would have appreciated some customer care.... for example "sorry for your inconvenience, here is a coupon for a percent off your next order, or here is some credit, whatever. All Swappa did was prod and poke at the seller to make them respond to me. I don't think the seller would have responded otherwise.

I will not be buying anything from Swappa again.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Phone has scratches on the display including a big scratch on the top left corner of display although it was posted as Mint Condition! I purchased this phone on behalf of a relative in Mexico, their hard earned money... I'm just disappointed with this seller. Seller please BE HONEST IN YOUR DESCRIPTION!!!! I'm never buying from you again!!!

Not as described. Had to pay for it to be repaired. Wouldn’t suggest giving this company your business. Very very disappointed

Acceptable condition but phone had a small ding on screen and visibly dirty. I disagree with the seller's description of it as "mint" and "like-new" — they could at least clean it first.
