I had a very negative experience with this seller. I got a faulty phone that would not recognize the SIM card when I put it in. Obviously I understand buying a used phone occasionally there will be things wrong with the phone that may go unrealized. What made this experience so negative was how slow they were to help me. I brought the issue to there attention on a Thursday and didn't receive my refund for 2 and a half weeks later. This was due to slow responses from the company. Each time I would message them it would take roughly 2 days for me to get a response only getting saved when I got Swappa involved and it still took them time to get things processed for me to return the phone.

Hi, tha phone was in a very good condition, but not in a Mint condition. It had a minor 5mm scratch right in the middle of the screen. I find it hard to believe you guys didn't notice it.

Be aware when buying products from the seller that only has one photo. The product will say mint condition when in reality it's only in fair condition. The phone I recently purchased (S21+) had various screen scratches, numerous markings on the outer edges and the back plate was peeling away from the device itself. You could actually see the device was recently repaired and glued back together. I had to have support contacted in order for the seller to respond. I even purchased and unlocked phone and yet the phone came in as a Verizon phone. Make sure you take lots of photos in case you receive a defective product. I do not recommend purchasing from this seller at all.

I received my phone and while everything about the phone seems good. I was very disappointed to see that the maximum battery capacity is at 71% especially since this goes against Swappas policy of having that information listed in the sale if its below 80%. The seller did offer me a $14.91 refund for the inconvenience they’ve caused and while I appreciate the offer…. It’s honestly the least they can do for the trouble this has caused. I now own a phone that requires me to charge it repetitively. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this seller.

Update: the seller sent me a replacement phone. The replacement phone says it has 100% battery life but after charging the phone for 2 hours the battery percent remained in the 70s. Using the same phone earlier in the day at 68% the phone up and died. At 68%! I don’t know what is with the products provided by this seller but they are damaged someway or other. Extremely disappointed. Do not purchase from this seller.

We ship order same day as long as order is placed before 9AM PST, otherwise it will ship next day. If order is placed Friday after 9AM PST, order will not ship until Monday.

Return & Refund Policies


Any damage to the device must be reported within 3 days of receiving the item. Warranty covers functional defects only, and does not cover accidental damage, cracks, or normal wear and tear such as burn-in and scratches. *PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept returned devices that have been repaired, altered, or damaged in any way once the item has been delivered. Unauthorized returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee or will be returned to the buyer at our sole discretion. If you would like to return your device, please send us a message so we may provide return details and answer any of your questions or concerns.

Prior to returning your device, all Apple, Google, and Samsung accounts must be removed from the device. If a device is received with an account, we are unable to process a refund. Devices must be returned in the original condition as purchased. We track all IMEI and Serial Numbers per each order, and any devices returned with mismatched serial may cause a denial in your return.

We recommend packing the device very securely with bubble wrap and a sturdy box, as a returned damage device will result in denial of your return.
