The phone does not charge, it died and will not come back on. I am furious
Seller marked item as Mint. Phone had a scratch on the screen, sent pictures for proof. Seller offered $15 partial refund. Difference between Mint and Good at the time was at least $30. Probably not a big deal if the scratch was on the body, but this was on the screen.
Phone was a different model than advertised.
Battery is at 71% capacity, this should have been mentioned when buying.
Sale was processed quickly. Item condition was far less than mint. The camera cover was cracked.
Defective phone advertised as excellent condition. Buyer beware!!!
False advertisement from the seller. Seller listed the phone as Mint condition and a factory unlocked model. Phone received is no where near Mint condition. I don't even consider the phone "Fair". There are scratches around the sides of the phone. The phone screen has screen burn-in that is pretty bad. The model number of phone does not match what was listed. Overall, this seller wasted my time and some money to buy a shipping package to send the phone back. Will NOT buy from this seller again! Not even an apology from the seller.
Phone was not provided in mint condition. Scratches on the screen were concealed by a badly fitted screen protector, designed for another phone.
Phone was listed as mint condition but did not detect any sim card. Did all the possible fixes nothing worked. Help from yall took almost a week for a few messages. Phone is already in transit to be returned. Yall need some other way to contact other than leaving comments it doesnt work well.
Lines on screen. Screen was replaced, not put on correctly. Phone is not acceptable.

Shipping Policies
We ship order same day as long as order is placed before 9AM PST, otherwise it will ship next day. If order is placed Friday after 9AM PST, order will not ship until Monday.
Return & Refund Policies
Any damage to the device must be reported within 3 days of receiving the item. Warranty covers functional defects only, and does not cover accidental damage, cracks, or normal wear and tear such as burn-in and scratches. *PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept returned devices that have been repaired, altered, or damaged in any way once the item has been delivered. Unauthorized returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee or will be returned to the buyer at our sole discretion. If you would like to return your device, please send us a message so we may provide return details and answer any of your questions or concerns.
Prior to returning your device, all Apple, Google, and Samsung accounts must be removed from the device. If a device is received with an account, we are unable to process a refund. Devices must be returned in the original condition as purchased. We track all IMEI and Serial Numbers per each order, and any devices returned with mismatched serial may cause a denial in your return.
We recommend packing the device very securely with bubble wrap and a sturdy box, as a returned damage device will result in denial of your return.
