Ordered phone Mar 22. Was supposed to arrive on the 26. Phone never came.

Mar 30-Msg'd seller for help.

Mar 31-Seller says they will open a USPS missing mail search and asks that I do the same. So I did. Then msg'd the seller asking them to provide me the case no. from the search that they were also supposed to open with USPS. Seller REFUSES to give me their case no., and just tells me "they are working on it".

Apr 8th- No update. I msg seller again. They ignore my message. I wait longer.

Apr 17th-USPS hasn't done anything. Seller STILL hasn't responded. Swappa staff mgs's seller asking if they've opened a missing mail search.

Apr 18th-The seller STILL hasn't responded even after being compelled to by Swappa staff. It turns out the seller NEVER even opened a missing mail search at all. This experience was the exact definition of "we have your money already, we don't have to care anymore." Total apathy. And nearly a month of hassle. Avoid this seller.

Condition listed as Good with excellent condition, minor wear and tear but actual phone screen had heavy scratches, some deep scratches. Photos also fail to show these scratches.

Sent me the wrong phone.. even has a sticker on it saying it’s the wrong model. AT&T locked though so I unlocked it myself. Thanks for the free upgrade to 128GB I guess?

I had stressful of an experience with this seller. They went for the cheapest USPS service, and guess what? The package got lost! Plus, they were quite slow to respond and didn't take action with USPS right away. It was such a hassle for me to sort it all out, from calling usps and opening a service request, going to the post office…. I wouldn't really recommend buying from this seller since their shipping choices and responsiveness not good enough for a business selling phones!!

Terrible. Order 1 phone and was broken had to pay $20 to return, Order 2 phone is cracked on the back and was not informed. very dissatisfied with the poor quality and service. phone support wasn't much help and am tired of paying to return these broken phones.

I'm returning the phone I purchased. It was described as "excellent condition, minor wear and tear". The screen is noticeably scratched. I'll buy from an individual next time instead of a company selling large numbers of refurbished phones.

Seller sent a defective device that arrived on time. Seller did replace device for a fully functional one that was in great condition although it took a week to complete. Overall, a 5 out of 10 rating for seller since they don’t communicate well.

The pictures which previously didn't say they were from an inventory pool show a device with no screen scratching whatsoever. The device I got has notable scratching in the top right corner of the screen. Thankfully I'm just using this as a test development device, but if it were for any other purpose I'd have returned it. Misleading.
